HGTV star Page Turner has officially started filming Season 21 of the hit home design show Love It or List It. The popular co-host shared the exciting news with fans as she traveled from Los Angeles to Toronto to begin production on the new season.
Turner posted an emotional message on Instagram on February 17, revealing she was on a flight back to Toronto. She explained that the city means a lot to her because it is where her late mother, Patricia, was born and raised.
“Flying from home in LA, back to my other home in Toronto to get back to work & wearing my Mama’s scarf is (now) always such an emotional sitch,” Turner wrote in her post.
This will be Turner’s second season as co-host of Love It or List It. She joined the long-running series after Hilary Farr retired in 2023. Turner now works alongside longtime host David Visentin.
The show films in Toronto, which makes this journey even more meaningful for Turner. In her post, she shared how her career has come “full circle.” Her first show, Flip or Flop Nashville, was filmed in Nashville, where her father is from. Later, she hosted Fix My Flip, which was filmed in Los Angeles, the city where she was born and raised.
However, she always hoped to work on a show connected to her mother’s hometown. That dream became real when she joined Love It or List It, which is produced in Toronto.
Turner’s mother sadly passed away on June 25, 2025, after battling breast cancer. She was 84 years old. Turner said landing in Toronto now feels different without her mom there, but she is grateful that her mother saw her achieve this big career milestone.
According to reports, HGTV confirmed in August 2025 that Love It or List It had been renewed for another season. Season 20 aired in 2025 and marked Turner’s first appearance as co-host.
Production for Season 21 is now underway, and the new episodes are expected to air later this year on HGTV.
Fans are already excited to see Turner and Visentin back in action as homeowners once again decide whether to love their newly redesigned homes or list them for sale.
