The Monkey is a new upcoming American comedy horror film by Neon. This movie is based on the 1980 short story by Stephen King and directed and scripted by Osgood Perkins.
The story follows twin brothers, Bill and Hal, who find their dad’s old monkey toy in the attic. Soon after, scary and terrible things start happening. Frightened, they throw the toy away and try to forget about it. As time passes, they grow up and drift apart, each trying to leave the past behind.
Along with Sanditon star Theo James, the other movie stars include Tatiana Maslany, Elijah Wood, Christian Convery, Colin O’Brien, Rohan Campbell, and Sarah Levy.
