Filming Season 10 of Summer House came with a big change, as longtime cast member Paige DeSorbo did not return after leaving the show in June 2025. Now, Amanda Batula and Ciara Miller are opening up about how different the experience felt without their close friend by their side.
Summer House is set to return with its new season on February 3, airing on Bravo and streaming the next day on Peacock. While the house is still full of drama and friendships, the absence of Paige was clearly felt during filming.
Ciara Miller and Amanda Batula recently spoke about the situation during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy. During the conversation, Ciara shared that even though Paige was not physically present, she was still very much part of their lives. She explained that she kept Paige updated in real time and even called her during stressful moments while filming.
Amanda added that her role often became the voice of reason between her friends. She joked that she is usually the one trying to calm situations down, while Ciara and Paige tend to think in a more bold and fearless way. The comments showed that their bond remains strong, even with the distance created by Paige’s exit from the show.
Paige later responded with love of her own. She commented on a post about the interview, writing a short message for her friends along with a heart emoji. The moment made it clear that there is no bad blood between the former co-stars.
The friendship has also continued beyond filming. Amanda and Ciara have been openly supporting Paige’s fashion career. Paige recently reposted photos of both women wearing pieces from her loungewear and sleepwear brand, Daphne, on her Instagram Story. She praised them warmly, showing that the support goes both ways.
Paige previously explained her decision to leave the show after Season 9, saying it felt like the right time to close that chapter of her life. She shared her thoughts in a public statement after the reunion aired, calling her time on the show rewarding and unforgettable.
In a separate interview with TZR in December 2025, Paige also revealed that she likely would not watch Season 10, even though she misses her friends. She compared it to returning to a place that once felt like home but no longer fits the same way.
As fans prepare for the new season, Amanda and Ciara’s words confirm one thing clearly: even without Paige on screen, their friendship remains strong off camera.
