An American reality television series Selling Sunset is back with a new season 6🥳. Get ready to follow a group of influential and high-class real estate agents and learn how to sell, renovate, and buy luxury homes in Los Angeles.
Back in April, Netflix released a teaser trailer for the upcoming Season 6, now the new trailer shows us exactly what kind of drama we’ll witness in the new season. Chrishell Stause after the same-sex relationship is out to prove that she’s not having a midlife crisis because of that relationship and other cast member states that she’s going through “an awakening,” and she is focused on her goal.
We can also see a new sheriff at the Oppenheim Group and there will be a power shift at the office. Nicole Young is finally the main cast after recurring for many seasons. The trailer introduces a new girl in town named Bre Tiesi. Well, the drama is back where it left off in season 5 and it’s for sure fans were eagerly waiting for this season.

Update: ‘Selling Sunset’ Has Sold Three More Seasons Since (2026)
Updated July 2026. Season 6 was far from the finish line. Netflix’s real estate hit kept expanding, with Chrishell Stause, Mary Bonnet and the rest of the Oppenheim Group cast returning for Seasons 7 and 8 before Season 9 premiered October 29, 2025, adding new agent Sandra Vergara to the roster, with a reunion special following on November 5, 2025. In 2026, Netflix confirmed a Season 10 renewal bringing back Tarek El Moussa alongside newcomer Tara Sarbaz, proof the luxury-listings drama still has plenty of drama left to sell.
