Jenna Ortega is getting married as Lydia’s daughter a ghost in the set of Beetlejuice 2. Jenna Ortega and Filipe Cates were seen getting married on the set in Hertfordshire, England.
The original fantasy horror comedy film “Beetlejuice” was released in 1988 and after 35 years, Warner Bros. announced that the film is finally getting a sequel. Some of the cast from the original film will reprise their roles for Beetlejuice 2 which includes Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder.
Some additional cast will also be seen in the film which includes Jenna Ortega and Justin Theroux. Filipe Cates and Jenna Ortega were spotted filming Beetlejuice 2. Ortega was dressed in a white satin gown and pink tulle and white platform boots with pink laces.
Ortega was also spotted with co-star Filipe Cates and they seemingly walks her down the aisle. Jenna Ortega will be playing Lydia’s daughter. Monica Bellucci is set to play Beetlejuice’s wife, and Willem Dafoe is set to play a law enforcement officer in the afterlife, Theroux’s role has yet to be revealed.
In August 2015, Ryder when appeared on “Late Night With Seth Meyers” and confirmed the sequel news by saying, “I think I can confirm it. It was very hush-hush, top secret…” Beetlejuice 2 is set to premiere on Sept. 6, 2024.

The film’s success pushed Ortega’s career box-office total past $700 million, and returning stars Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder helped the sequel earn strong reviews from critics and audiences alike, more than three decades after the original.
