Clancy Brown is Joining the cast of The Penguin Series

The Penguin is an upcoming crime–drama, fantasy series directed by Craig Zobel. The cast of the series are announced and will release in 2023.

“The Penguin” is a spinoff series of HBO Max’s “The Batman”. “The Penguin” will consist of eight episodes and continues the story of the film and will take place in the immediate aftermath of the events of “The Batman.”

According to Variety, Clancy Brown, is known for his acting and roles in a number of other franchises. Clancy Brown is Joining the cast of The Penguin Series. Brown joins a cast with lead cast Colin Farrell, reprising the role of Oswald in The Penguin. Cobblepot will also return as Cristin Milioti and other Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, and Deirdre O’Connell.

Star Farrell has stated in the show, “I read the first episode, which is just so tasty and so unusual, as the character was on the page and what Matt Reeves kind of envisioned when he was thinking of this iteration of the bang-up of Oz.”

The film is written, and executive produced by Lauren LeFranc. Director of “The Batman” Matt Reeves is also an executive producer.
