Fans of the series The Bear have good news because more episodes are on the way.
The Bear season 2 with its 10 episodes aired on June 22, 2023 and was renewed for season three in November 2023 and quietly renewed for a fourth season.
The filming of season 4 is being filmed just after the wrapping of the season 3. The third season is set to be released this June.
The news of the fourth season came out after people noticed that filming continued after the third season was supposed to be done.
The reason for filming back-to-back is to accommodate the busy schedules of the show’s stars.
Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edibiri, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach are in the main cast of the series.
The show also stars Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Abby Elliott, and Matty Matheson.
Additional lineup of guest stars including Jon Bernthal, Jamie Lee Curtis, Bob Odenkirk, Will Poulter, John Mulaney, Olivia Colman, Sarah Paulson, Molly Ringwald, and Joel McHale.
Also, Oliver Platt, Molly Gordon, and Edwin Lee Gibson make recurring appearances.
In FX’s The Bear second season, Carmy (played by White) works on turning his family sandwich shop into a fancy restaurant while dealing with a new romance.

The Bear Update (2026)
Updated August 2026. “The Bear” went on to deliver Season 3 and Season 4 as promised, with Season 4 arriving on Hulu on June 25, 2025. Less than a week after that premiere, FX renewed the series for a fifth season, which arrived on June 25, 2026 and was confirmed as the show’s final run. All eight episodes of the finale season landed to strong reviews, with critics praising the show for closing out Carmy and the Bear kitchen’s story with the same character-driven focus that defined it from the start.
