Rachel Brosnahan and Superman Cast Kick-Off Filming with Fun TikTok Celebration, and on her TikTok account, she uploaded a video with actor David Corenswet and Lex Luthor star Nicholas Hoult.
A Caption was also mentioned: “A supervillain, a journalist, and an alien walk into a bar.”
In the video, she is sitting with a slight smile, and her castmates are peaking in as she shares a smile.
Following the recent table the Marvellous Mrs. Maisel star said “It was amazing to hear the script out loud…to hear the pacing of the film. I have always loved Lois Lane. She’s smart, ambitious, and can be funny…we’re still finding these characters. You’ll meet the final version of them.”
Director James Gunn announced that Superman’s filming started on February 29. Superman is an upcoming superhero film which is based on DC Comics.
The film is Produced by DC Studios and to be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It will be the first film in the DC Universe (DCU) and a reboot of the Superman film series.
The series cast includes Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner, David Corenswet as Clark Kent, Milly Alcock as Kara Zor-El / Supergirl, and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane.
The film will also feature Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, and Anthony Carrigan as Rex Mason / Metamorpho.
As per the comic book movie, Gunn captioned his photo earlier today. “Overjoyed to be announcing the start of principal photography on SUPERMAN today, February 29, which just so happens to be – coincidentally and unplanned – Superman’s birthday.”
He said, “When I finished the first draft of the script, I called the film ‘Superman: Legacy.’ By the time I locked the final draft, it was clear the title was SUPERMAN,” “Making our way to you July 2025.”
