Disney never disappoints us with fantasies and here is again a Comedy–Romance film Prom Pact. As the prom season is here again get ready with a new rom-com.
The official trailer for the movie Prom Pact is out by Disney plus. The film is set to release on Thursday, March 30, 2023, on Disney Channel and will be available on Disney+.
According to Disney “a heartfelt romantic comedy set during the emotion and excitement of high school Prom season.”
The film follows, Mandy Yang played by Peyton Elizabeth Lee, and her best friend Ben played by Milo Manheim both are high school seniors surrounded by many awaiting proposals, but nothing can shake Mandy’s primary focus of getting into Harvard not even the excitement of prom.
When she finds out she is on the waiting list, she is determined to do whatever she can do to get herself off the waitlist, and the only person who can help her is popular all-star jock Graham Lansing, whose father is a powerful senator and Harvard alum. Mandy helps Graham’s tutor and realizes there’s more to life than Harvard.
The trailer focuses on Mandy being a feminist, and she doesn’t believe in the idea of falling in love. The beautiful line from Shakespeare well describes Mandy “she’s a little bit strident, very type A, and she doesn’t want to believe especially in heteronormative love, because she’s so liberal. But then she falls and there’s that undeniable chemistry.”
