In the first few weeks of July 2022, as the actors and crew were preparing for the first season, they recorded several important street scenes, the bombing scene, and the liberation of Saint-Malo.
Many key scenes are filmed at the former Blanc Aero facility, currently the Lycée Aerospace on Rue de la Murette, and the ZA de la Glebe in La Roquette, while many 1940s-style shop windows are reproduced.
