The Narrow Road to the Deep North is a new Australian drama miniseries which is based on Richard Flanagan‘s novel of the same name. This series is directed by Justin Kurzel.
Along with Saltburn and On Swift Horses star Jacob Elordi, it stars Odessa Young and Ciarán Hinds. The story follows an Australian doctor who becomes a prisoner during World War II. As he works on the Burma Railway and travels across the Pacific, he sees how cruel war can be, how short life can feel, and how hard it is to find love during such hard times.
