The new film was added later this week, with new cast members in filming, while the reboot is now getting closer to finally starting filming.

However, other cast members, such as Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Paul Walter Hauser, Julia Garner, John Malkovich, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, also appear in the film.

Fantastic Four Blasts Off: MCU Reboot Nears Production with New Cast and Director

Regarding The Mandalorian and Grogu, The Hollywood Reporter shared that Pedro Pascal will begin production on The Fantastic Four in late July.

However, it has been confirmed that the upcoming MCU film will reportedly shoot parts of it in London, England.

The film is one of the most anticipated films in The Multiverse Saga, which is an understatement considering the turmoil Marvel Studios has been in over the past few years.

One of the more recent actors, Ralph Ineson, also joined him as Galactus in The Fantastic Four, where it is reported that a few more roles have been finalized for the film before filming begins.

One of the MCU’s biggest wins is that The Fantastic Four is finally getting closer to filming, and casting looks to be on track.

“With the casting seemingly on track, the fact that The Fantastic Four is finally getting closer to shooting the film is a big win for the MCU.”

Filming has been halted before the start of Phase 6 due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, which is one of the primary reasons for the delay in production.

During CinemaCon 2024, Marvel Studios CEO Kevin Feige gave an update on filming The Fantastic Four.

Phase 5 The film, following its 1960s setting and the casting of Julia Garner as the Silver Surfer, is finally entering the filming phase ahead of its July 25, 2025 release date.

While filming for other MCU projects during Phases 4 and 5 has been challenging, it’s refreshing to see that The Fantastic Four is finally getting closer to becoming a reality.

Hopefully, The Fantastic Four and all the other Phase 6 movies and TV shows will be able to follow suit, mainly since it will be the final part of The Multiverse Saga.

Seeing what new characters and actors in Marvel’s First Family will bring to the MCU will be exciting. Two months remain until the film’s shooting, but some big announcements will be made before that.

Stay tuned for further updates on the exciting developments surrounding The Fantastic Four reboot!
