Love is Blind: UK Airs This August, Teaser Released

Finding love is hard, and finding blind love is harder, and that’s why Netflix has brought you a bold love show named Love is Blind: UK.

The show is hosted by the husband and wife pair Emma Willis and Matt Willis, with Nick Walker, Murray Boland, Dermot Caulfield, Nazleen Karim, and Danielle Lux serving as the executive producers.

The announcement trailer was released on 21 Mar 2024 and will feature hosts Emma Willis and Matt Willis. First, they introduced themselves and then talked about the show.

In the 1 min 18 sec clip, they revealed what to expect from the show in a short summary.

Emma asks in the clip, “The hit reality series and social experiment that seeks to answer the very simple question: Can you fall in love sight unseen?”.

She added, “How does it work, I hear you ask? Well, over 10 days, our group of lovely lads and ladies go on a series of blind dates in our special pods in the hopes of genuinely falling in love with someone based solely on who they are on the inside.”

Matt said, “And if they find that special someone they want to spend the rest of their life with, they will get engaged. Only then will they meet their fiancé for the very first time. Sounds simple, right?”

“Will they say ‘I do’ to the person they have chosen sight unseen? Or will they walk away from them forever?” The male host concludes.

The announcement was also made on Twitter’s Netflix UK & Ireland account by sharing a trailer and writing a caption,

“Can’t look? Well that’s sort of the point! Emma and Matt Willis host a social experiment where British singles look for love and get engaged, all before meeting in person. But who will say ‘I do’?”
