Here’s a new update on Star Trek: Section 31 from Toronto. According to an update from the actor Robert Kazinsky, the filming has been completed.
The seventh cast member, Kazinsky, said the news of filming ending came on Wednesday, with filming set to begin on January 30.
He shared a photo on Instagram with the caption, “That’s a wrap. Our trek is ended… for now.”
I am writing a long note to announce the wrap of the film “One of the Greatest Experiences of My Life.”
I also wrote that I have a few more prominent heroes in my heart than Star Trek, and for the first time in my life, a hero exceeded my wildest hope.”
He praised director Olatunde Osunsanmi and approved star Michelle Yeoh as “the finest Captain I’ve sailed under.”
He also said:
“As someone who has been watching a Star Trek show my entire life, which restarts as soon as I finish like so many others I know, to be a small part of that giant constellation is the fulfillment of a hope that I felt the first time I ever heard the words “Space, the Final Frontier”

The film is written and directed by Rag Sweeney and Olatunde Osunsunmi and executive produced by Alex Kurtzman, Craig Sweeney, Aaron Byers, Olatunde Osunsunmi, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Rod Roddenberry, Trevor Roth, and Michelle Yeoh.
The film was released exclusively in the U.S. It will stream on streaming service Paramount+ in the U.S.
The film’s main cast includes Mary Hardwicke, Casey Rohl, Sam Richardson, Sven Ruygrok, Humberly Gonzalez, and James Hiroyuki Liao.
Along with previously announced additional cast members such as Joe Pingu, Miku Martino, and Augusto Bitter.
