BAFTAs made the wrong Announcement for Supporting Actress Winner

The BAFTA Awards on Sunday evening made a silly mistake by presenting the wrong Supporting Actress Winner Award. Carey Mulligan was incorrectly named winner of the Best Supporting Actress award.

The Last year’s Best Supporting Actor winner, Troy Kotsur presented the award using sign language and he announced Carey Mulligan’s name mistakenly before it was then confirmed that Kerry Condon was the winner.

After a couple of seconds, Troy Kotsur quickly said: “Kerry Condon…Kerry Condon.” It’s still not clear if it was the interpreter’s mistake or Kotsur’s.
