The ‘The Upside Down,” in the series was filmed in different parts of Georgia like the Wheeler house at 2530 Piney Wood Lane, the Sinclair house at 2550 Piney Wood Lane, and the Henderson house at 2886 Piney Wood Drive.
In the series, both the Hawkins Middle and High Schools were shown, as the Hawkins community pool, the arcade, and the Starcourt Mall were also shot in the series.
2. Albuquerque, New Mexico
New Mexico is a state in the Southwestern United States. The scenes which are supposed to be in Lenora Hills, California, were an archetypal SoCal community. The cast and the crew filmed some scenes at a New Mexico location called Skate-O-Mania.
