Jay-Z & Beyonce are a powerful and influential couple and when it comes to lavish lifestyles no doubt they want the best for them when it comes to living a lavish lifestyle.

Beyonce is busy touring across the globe for her Renaissance tour in the meanwhile and her husband, Jay-Z reportedly purchased a mansion in Malibu.

The mansion in Malibu has the greatest architectural masterpieces in the country and a 30,000-square-foot home in the prime area of Malibu.

The mansion is made on 8 acres and overlooks the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area AKA Billionaires' Row.

According to TMZ, the couple paid $200 million for the house and it is the second most expensive real estate in the country with the top being $238 million for an NYC apartment.

The mansion is designed by Tadao Ando, a Japanese master architect. The house Kanye West bought in Malibu was also designed by him.

The mansion was previously owned and built by William Bell who is one of the biggest art collectors in the world and it took 15 years to build it.

The home is the couple's second massive real estate, back in 2017, the couple purchased a Bel-Air mansion for $88 million.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé's real estate purchase will benefit people struggling in L. A  as the country rolled out a new "mansion tax" and adding a 4% tax on properties that sell for $5 million or more.
