3. Rice Howard Way, Downtown Edmonton, Alberta (Canada)

Rice Howard Way includes 100A Street between Jasper Avenue and 102 Avenue and 101A Avenue between 100 Street and 101 Street. Rice Howard Way has some major office buildings such as Scotia Place and some restaurants and cafes. Some scenes were captured at these locations.

4. Alberta Legislature Building, Alberta (Canada)

Canmore was used to shoot the scenes of replicate Jackson, Wyoming, the location of Tommy’s community in the game.

Okotoks is a town in the Calgary Region of Alberta, Canada. It is on the Sheep River, approximately 18 km (11 mi) south of Calgary.

Okotoks residents acclaim the production brought increased business to the area; 28 storefront businesses were supported by the production, leading to CA$18,000 in revenue for the town.

11. Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta (Canada)

Olds is a town in central Alberta, Canada, within Mountain View County and the Calgary–Edmonton Corridor. Production moved to Olds in late May and early June, with several local businesses contracted to assist with construction and design.

The Last of Us Season 2 Filming Locations

The filming of season 2 was primarily done in Canada, just like season one, particularly in Vancouver, British Columbia. The cast and crew traveled to the location to capture various series scenes.

On 31 March, Deadline reported that The Last of Us Season 2 would be filmed 1000 kilometers west of Alberta in Vancouver.
