“We are plugging away. We are starting episode 7 today. And I’m very excited about it. It’s a fun one.

I can’t tell you why, but it’s something different, something I have never done before.”

Strange New Worlds began production on its third season, set for 2023, in December, after being kicked off last May due to delays caused by strikes and other originally planned debuts.

The new release is expected to be released on a 10-episode season by mid-May, with the 7th episode starting now.

The second episode of the film was completed last August and is now available on Paramount+.

Additionally, the show will receive a series of Critics’ Choice Awards and Saturn Awards nominations.

Series co-showrunner Akiva Goldsman was relieved that filming would begin in March 2023 and officially announced a 10-episode season order a week later.

It was expected to continue till July 2024. There are no other details regarding the release from Paramount, which has not yet set a release date for Season 3.
