The production team of ‘Spy Kids: Armageddon’ selected Austin, Texas for the shooting intentions. Travis County, the fifth-most populous county in Texas was chosen as the primary filming location for the movie, and different places within the city were utilized to capture the scenes.
To show the attractive features, a handful of establishing shots were captured, highlighting the skyline and cityscape. Scenes that feature Patty, Tony, and axe-wielding skeletons on bikes were filmed on Congress Avenue.
