You must have noticed the news about the upcoming Netflix series “3 Body Problem.” Although many fans are waiting for 3 Body Problem, one special person is also its fan, and he is none other than Former President Barack Obama.
Obama also supported the sci-fi series, which got the presidential nod.
You will be surprised to learn that POTUS Barack Obama was even offered a role in the Netflix series 3 Body Problem, created by ‘Game of Thrones‘ showrunners David Benioff, D.B. Weiss, and Alexander Woo, but the former president turned down the cameo.
Because “3 Body Problem” is a much-awaited Netflix series, it has not even been released yet, and talks are being held to bring back its second season.
When Obama was offered the role in the series, he declined it, showing his appreciation for the series due to concerns about a possible actual alien invasion.
The series is based on a novel “The Three-Body Problem” by Liu Cixin that explores humanity’s challenge in the face of extraterrestrial contact.
In a conversation with USA TODAY, Benioff and Weiss explained what Obama said in response to the proposal, Obama Said:-
“(Obama) did sign a very funny note though, when we tried to get him for a cameo. It was to the effect of, ‘In case there ever is a real alien invasion, I think I should probably save myself for that crisis.’ He wants to keep his powder dry in case there’s a real thing.”

The upcoming American science fiction television series is scheduled to be aired in the United States on March 21, 2024 by Netflix.
