The gas station and cafe where Stan gets off the bus featured in the film is filmed at the 1928 Ford Dealership at Country Heritage Park. Black Creek Pioneer Village is an open-air heritage museum in Toronto. The restaurant where Stan and Clem eat in the film and afterward the Salvation Army scene is filmed at the barroom of the Halfway House Inn at Black Creek Pioneer Village in North York.
