The Old Guard 2 is a new upcoming American superhero film by Netflix. Its directorial credit goes to Victoria Mahoney, and is based on his comic book The Old Guard, penned by Greg Rucka, Leandro Fernández.
Serving as a sequel to the 1st film, Charlize Theron, KiKi Layne, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Matthias Schoenaerts, Vân Veronica Ngô, and Chiwetel Ejiofor are back in their same roles. Uma Thurman and Henry Golding have also joined the cast.
The story follows Andy, a brave leader of warriors who cannot die. She and her team fight a strong enemy trying to hurt their group. Things get harder when an old teammate, who was lost for a long time, suddenly comes back and changes everything.
