The film, “Fountain of Youth” which was announced last year in March 2023 has begun its filming this month in Liverpool. The local website, liverpoolecho.co.uk, is continuously sharing filming updates of Fountain of Youth.

On Monday, at the Exchange Flags, a funfair was seen the whole night. ECHO confirmed that it is filming set for Guy Ritchie’s upcoming film. The source which confirmed this new cant find out for what scene the set up was done.
On Tuesday, May 14, the excitement doubled when fans saw Natalie Portman and John Krasinski filming their latest project in Liverpool.
The resider revealed that he got thriller when he spotted the duo filming together at St George’s Hall, they were on the sports car and were racing away in a vintage.
Filming causing trouble for the locals
The production team is filming scenes intense violent scenes on the roads, which leads to the closing of the whole street. The makers have blocked the whole road, which is causing trouble for the locals.
The owner of Lucy in the Sky restaurant reveals his business is suffering loss as the cafe is closed for days due to filming.
He stated, “They had a permit by the film company to close the road, they said the road would be in activity when my shop was open which means no one could access my shop.
“I was really upset because we have been so quiet for a couple of weeks, the football is on this week, which means I get the influx from people and they are making me close…they have given me my take normally, but your business being shut is not what you want is it.
“From what I understand they are filming a dangerous scene and that is why I have had to shut.”
When filming of Fountain of Youth end in Liverpool?
The filming of this heist adventure film will be underway till Saturday, May 18. Till the last of filming, it will have more sets coming across the city.
The Film Office of Liverpool shared the news by stating, “Please be aware that road closures will be in place on Dale Street, Liverpool City Centre between 4am and 11am on Saturday 18th May due to filming.”
“Please plan journeys before travelling and find an alternative route. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
Who is making ‘Fountain of Youth’?
This adventure film is led by Guy Ritchie whio recently made The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and The Gentlemen this year and the story is written by James Vanderbilt.
It stars John Krasinski, Natalie Portman, Domhnall Gleeson, Eiza González, Laz Alonso, Arian Moayed, and Carmen Ejogo in the leading roles.
David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Tripp Vinson, William Sherak, Guy Ritchie, Ivan Atkinson, Jake Myers are producing the film for Apple Studios, Skydance, Vinson Films, Project X Entertainment, and Radio Silence Productions.
