Recent reports confirm that the third season of The Bear is currently filming in Evanston, Illinois. As per evanstonroundtable info, Evanston city officials respond to Minim Productions LLC’s permit request for the filming of the hit Hulu series The Bear in North Evanston.

Filming units for “The Bear” are shooting on the 2900 block of Lincoln Street, which is a relatively quiet, tree-lined area, according to a permit granted by city officials and eyewitness accounts.
The permit indicated that preparation days for the series were Monday and Tuesday. The filming schedule was from 4 am to 11 pm, with production scheduled to be completed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Mike Roche, a fan of Hulu’s hit show and an Evanston resident, sent photos to the Roundtable to accompany this story.
Roche said he did not see any star actors filming as permitted Wednesday but counted more than 20 vehicles involved in the production.
