Eric Stonestreet is back on the screen with the new Santa Clauses Season 2. Eric Stonestreet is well known for his role in the Modern Family and will be seen in the Disney+ original series The Santa Clauses 2, led by Tim Allen.
The Santa Clauses is an American Christmas comedy television series created by Jack Burditt and is based on The Santa Clauses film series and was renewed for a second season in December 2022.
Elizabeth Mitchell is set to return as Carol Calvin/Mrs. Claus, Austin Kane as Cal Calvin Claus, Elizabeth Allen-Dick as Sandra Calvin Claus, and Devin Bright as Santa’s elf best friend Noel. Matilda Lawler as Santa’s chief of staff, Betty.
Season one of The Santa Clauses was released on Nov. 16, 2022, and was Top 5 most-watched original series on Disney+ by hour streamed. Disney Branded Television president Ayo Davis said “This franchise has had a lasting impact on so many families, truly becoming part of their annual holiday tradition.”
They added “Bringing it back as a series has been a true gift, and I’m grateful to our producing partners at 20th Television, and of course, Tim Allen and team, that we have yet another reason to celebrate this holiday season.”
