One location has been identified from the Merry Memories trailer: Tin House Court in Ottawa’s ByWard Market. The trailer shows a stone lane with green doors, wreaths and people walking with hot drinks, and the setting matches this courtyard. Tin House Court is one of four courtyards that run parallel to Sussex Drive, according to the Ottawa Film Office. It gets its name from the tin façade on one of the buildings, which is a reconstruction of a nearby house built and owned by the Ottawa tinsmith Honoré Foisy in the early 1900s.
Hallmark has used this courtyard before. The Ottawa Film Office says A Christmas for the Books filmed scenes here in the summer of 2018, and Ottawa Tourism lists it among the Ottawa spots used for holiday films, including Mistletoe Time Machine. We could not find a report that confirms the exact scenes at Tin House Court for Merry Memories, so please treat this as reported from the trailer.
Visiting: Tin House Court is a public courtyard in the ByWard Market, and you can walk through it. The area around it is busy with shops and cafés, so please be respectful of the businesses nearby.

To make your search for Merry Memories filming even more interesting, here are some behind-the-scenes photos that Lindura shared on her Instagram the day before the premiere. She called them “a little sneaky peeky bts” of the movie and the people who made it.
She joked about the many ways she protected her curls on set, and she also said she had no photos with the director, Amy Force. She added that Force was on set and did a great job.
Fun fact: Brendan Morgan is from Pickering, Ontario, and he is also in Season 3 of Mistletoe Murders as Thomas Chase, according to Girls Gone Hallmark. Danny is played by Omi Fitzpatrick-Gonzales, who makes his Hallmark debut in this movie. For another Hallmark holiday movie shot in Canada, see Mr. & Mrs. Christmas.
