A UBCP/ACTRA production list dated July 10, 2026, shows a Movie of the Week called Father Christmas. It names Peter Benson as director, shooting from June 22 to July 13, 2026, with a production office at 23945 River Road in Fort Langley.
The list does not name Hallmark or this movie, and we could not find Hallmark confirming the working title. The office email uses the Lighthouse Pictures name, and IMDb lists Lighthouse Pictures as a company on this movie. The director, dates and holiday slot also fit, so we believe it is the same shoot, but please treat it as a report.
IMDb’s full credits do not list the writer or the cinematographer yet. We could not confirm who handled the cinematography, and we will add it as soon as it is credited.

Most reports point to Fort Langley as the home of Pineway’s town scenes. Moviedelic lists Glover Road, the Fort Langley Community Hall at 9167 Glover Road and the former Langley Centennial Museum at 9135 King Street. It also lists Fort Langley National Historic Site at 23433 Mavis Avenue.
We could not find Hallmark or the town confirming any of these places. Reports differ on whether the historic site appeared on screen, so we are treating it as unconfirmed. We also could not find which scenes were shot at each spot, and we will update this guide as soon as that is named.
Another Hallmark movie shot in this village is She’s Making a List, which used the Coulter Berry Building on Glover Road.
Visiting: Fort Langley’s village streets are public, so you can walk around freely. The Community Hall and the old museum building may have set hours or events, so please check before you go.

OTREAT Brunch + Bistro is in Mountain View Plaza at 8840 210 Street, Unit 509, in Langley. The same Moviedelic report says the crew took over the restaurant for a July 2026 shoot.
We could not find a post from the restaurant or a scene description, so please treat this as a report. Since it is a private venue, please check before visiting.
📍Burnaby Village Museum, Burnaby
The Burnaby Village Museum at 6501 Deer Lake Avenue is also named as a reported location. One report says it was likely used for indoor scenes, but we could not confirm that, and no scene has been tied to it.
The museum has been used before. Good Morning Christmas! also filmed there in 2020.
Visiting: It is a public museum, but opening days change through the year, so please check before you go.
📍Other Areas of Langley
These are the only exact places named so far. We could not find the house used as Taylor’s home or the spot used for the Christmas Market. One location site also lists Murrayville, Bridge Studios and downtown Langley, but we found no production source for them, so we left them out.
Another Hallmark movie shot in Langley is Merry Christmas, Ted Cooper!, which used a hospital set at Trinity Western University. We will update this guide as soon as more places are confirmed.

Here is a fun one: the story is set just before Christmas, but the shoot was reportedly in June and July. That means the winter look had to come from set dressing, not real snow. It is also the first Hallmark movie that Brendan Penny and Pascale Hutton have made together, EntertainmentNow reported.
