Located at Clarence Place in Newport, South Wales, the “Old Arts College” is a distinctive Grade II listed building, easily recognizable by its copper dome. Originally opened in 1910 as a technical institute and later an art college, it has since been redeveloped into modern apartments, preserving many original features.
