Filming for Motorheads started on March 25, 2024, and ended on July 22, 2024. The original plan was to start in 2023, but it got delayed because of a big actor strike.

Known as “The Hammer” or “Steeltown,” it also boasts a vibrant arts scene, numerous waterfalls, and significant natural attractions.

Filming in Paris started on April 16, 2024. The team came back four more times until July. The pretty streets and parks helped show daily life and emotional scenes in Ironwood.


Paris, Ontario, often called “the Prettiest Little Town in Canada,” is a charming community nestled at the junction of the Grand and Nith Rivers. It’s renowned for its picturesque stone buildings, quaint shops, and scenic river views, offering a blend of historic charm and natural beauty.

This real racing park was used for exciting race scenes. The track gave the show real action and thrill. Motopark in Chatsworth, Ontario, is a well-established motocross training facility and racing venue, offering tracks, coaching, and camps for riders of all skill levels. It has been a significant part of the Canadian motocross scene since 1972, even hosting the FIM World Grand Prix in the mid-1980s.

Bean Park is a recreational area located in Paris, Brant, Ontario, primarily known for its access to the Grand River and amenities like picnic tables and a boat launch. It serves as a popular spot for paddlers, with a route connecting to Brant Park.
📍Penman’s Dam Park, Brant, Ontario

Apart from the locations mentioned above, some important emotional scenes were filmed here. The view of the Grand River and the old dam gave the show a calm and beautiful look. Penman’s Dam Park in Paris, Brant, Ontario, is a historic landmark on the Grand River, originally built in 1918 to power textile mills. Today, it’s a scenic spot known for its picturesque faux waterfall, “Lighting of the Paris Falls,” which is illuminated in vibrant colors each evening.
