Netflix is coming with a new technology film, “Bionic” the official trailer of which is rolling on the internet today. The trailer is getting many positive reviews as it shows how advanced the technology will be after 10 years.
The trailer is dropped on 15 May 2024 that features Jessica Córes, Bruno Gagliasso, Christian Malheiros, Gabz, and Klebber Toledo in their respective roles.
The 2-minute clip revealed how advanced the technology will be in the year 2035. In the coming 10 years, when these robotic prosthetics redefine sports, the two real sisters, Gabz and Jessica Córes, compete with each other in the long jump since when they were kids as they both want to be ahead of the game. But the completion of the game makes their path dangerous as hell.
The retailer stated, “The year is 2035 And the world has changed. In less than four years, bionic athletes have become a worldwide sensation. I was born to become a champion.
“But just when my career was about to take off, the Bionic revolution happened. Who wants to watch an athlete jump seven or eight meters when Bionics have no problem jumping twice as far?”
The director also shared the trailer on his Instagram today with a caption, “We have the trailer! 😎 In Bionics society and sports are dominated by bionic prosthetics and the consequences of that are unimaginable. May 29th, only on Netflix. @netflixbrasil”
The story is focused on “the year is 2035, and the world has been transformed by technology. In this dystopian future, bionic prosthetics dominate society and lead two sisters down a sinister path.”
Who is behind Bionic?
This Action Adventure is led by an award-winning director, Afonso Poyart, and the screenplay is written by Josephina Trotta, Cris Cera, Victor Navas, and Afonso Poyart.
The film is executively produced by Claudia Brum and Patricia Galucci with line producers Cristiane Miotto and Jatir Eiró.
