French actress Elodie Yung, who will star in Hulu‘s crime drama and thriller series “The Cleaning Lady,” recently narrated her experience while filming.

The cast and crew of Hulu’s show The Cleaning Lady is still grieving the death of Mexican actor Adan Canto, they has found himself burdened by the gloom of his death.
Actor Adan Canto who played Arman Morales in this drama series actually passed away earlier this year at the age of just 44, He Died in January 2024 after a personal battle with cancer.
The tragic loss of the actor forced the show to completely work on planning for the next season 3.
The original plan for the show was always to dive into Arman Morales’ family background and we saw that with Ramona (Kate del Castillo) and Jorge (Santiago Cabrera) in Season 3, released in March 2024.
But due to the death of the actor who played the role of Armaan Morales had to write himself out. The filming of the episode in which Armaan’s fate was revealed was a “traumatic” experience for star Elodie Yung.
For your information, let us tell you that the production of season 3 of this show was started some time after the death of Adan Canto and the entire cast of the show, including Elodie Yung, are still mourning the loss of their friend.
In an interview with tvinsider Elodie Yung said:-
“I certainly have never had to do something like this,”
“As an actor, I certainly use my personal life and feelings for a character I have to portray. This is a very different thing.”
“This is us personally as a group, mourning the loss of a friend of a colleague. I can’t even describe it.”
The actress said that she dedicated season 3 to the memory of her friend and co-actor Canto. Continuing her point, the actress further explains:-
“The show, our producers, the writers, myself, we try to definitely honor him, and I put all my love in whatever we had to go through,”
“But everything was just a very strange, painful situation. Not even strange, but it’s like it spills. You play lovers on screen, things spill, and you can’t help just really loving the person. Thony is mourning Arman, and we are mourning a friend. We are driven on that. So hopefully it’s been done with decency and all of our thoughts are constantly going to his wife and his kids.”

In the upcoming and remaining episode of season one, Thony (Elodie Yung) is motivated by revenge, because she suspects foul play with Ramona and her possible connections with Armaan’s kidnapping.
She is not going to keep quiet until she gets the right answers to her questions. The Cleaning Lady Season 3 was released on Mar 5, 2024 and will air every Tuesday until May 21, 2024.
