Avengers 5 Update: Filming Start Date, Roster Changes, and Fantastic Four Absence

The latest news of Avengers 5 is rolling all over the internet as the details of the upcoming film have come out today.

TechRadar has brought the news that Marvel’s actionadventure film Avengers 5 is currently in development and will start filming in the first month of 2025.

It is also revealed that most of the scenes will be shot in the UK, which suggests that Marvel Studios is changing its locations as most of its productions are being shot in the United Kingdom.

Currently, the release date of Avengers 5 is May 1, 2026. Earlier, the film was set to air on May 1, 2025, but the SAG AFRA strike delayed the production, which led to a shift in the release date.

To date, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty does not have any director. The filming date and release date of the film are all set, and the director has not been selected yet. There seems to be a different story here.

Only a few people have appeared in the cast list. According to IMDB, the film features Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson / Captain America, and Tenoch Huerta.

In 2023, The president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige stated, “You know, I’m coming up on 23 years at Marvel,”

“That’s a long time. It’s not quite half my life, but it’s almost half my life. [Laughs] Many of us have been together for a decade or more.”

“And we only do it because we are so excited and in love with the potential for what we can do ahead.”

“The storylines that weave together through Phase 5 and 6 into Secret Wars and the opportunities that the multiverse brings storytelling-wise, it’s a whole new aspect to the MCU.”
