American actor and filmmaker Sylvester Stallone is back with a new film titled “Alarum.” According to some recent news, filming of the Sylvester Stallone movie Alarum is going on in downtown Oxford, Ohio.

Oxfordobserver has confirmed that according to the City of Oxford’s website the Alarum will be filmed this afternoon and evening near the corner of Walnut and South Beech Street.

While on February 27th and 28th, Sylvester Stallone’s Upcoming Film ” Alarum” will be filming in front of the O’Pub from noon to 1 p.m.

Due to this, parts of East and West Park Place as well as Main and Church Streets will not be available for parking during the filming period. An alternative entrance from the Left Field Tavern street on Church Street will be used for access during entry restrictions.

A press release revealed that the entrance to the pub could be in the “centre of the action” and delays in getting in and out of the bar could be expected.

The entrances of Fay Insurance, Blue Mango and Tattoo Parlor can also be used for filming. The LCNB Drive-Thru will not be affected by the filming, but there may be a slight delay in getting into the bank’s lobby.

The film’s production team is working closely with local law enforcement and the Oxford Police Department in an effort to keep delays to a minimum while ensuring the safety of the community and crew.

Most areas covered by filming permits will remain closed, although there will be a few areas where it is safe to watch filming.

When in the Houston Woods State Park started working Earlier this week with big trucks and fog machines, a camera filmed the scenes of the park’s lodge then the temperature was 50 degrees.

Also earlier in the month, when park guests riding horses on the trails saw a staged plane crash in the jungle near the park, they speculated that the crash might have been staged for a movie.

Park Manager Katherine Connor said after travelers learned of the plane crash it was put up for an “approved special park activity permit.”

She also said that the activities of the permit holders under the permit are private.
