The house you see in the TV show “The Following Events Are Based on a Pack of Lies” isn’t real. It is a combination of different locations:
1. The exterior of the house was filmed at a private residence in the village of Bledington, Oxfordshire.
2. The interior of the house was filmed at a studio in London.
3. The hedge maze that is shown in the gardens of Cheryl’s house was also a custom-built set, and it was not filmed in any real hedge maze.
Early scenes in episode 1 – Rob’s launch; Cheryl meets Rob – look as though they were filmed at the Charterhouse in London. Is this the case?
