As we know In For A Penny is on the way, and the show is currently filming episodes. On the morning of 25, July the cast of In For A Penny was seen being filmed at Victoria Park in the West End, Reports GlasGowTimes.
Television presenter, Stephen Mulhern who is also the host of the show was seen approaching passers-by by the pond. During the contestants’ challenges, the host wore a sparkly gold jacket
This is the game show that is running since 2018 and it brings unsuspecting members of the public the chance to win anything from the price of their petrol to a huge cash prize.
Along with Victoria Park, the makers of the show have filmed in several UK cities, including Edinburgh, Liverpool, Brighton, and others.
The famous comedy show is created by Patrick Carr and the episodes are written by Patrick Carr, David Reilly, and Kevin Day.
In some of the pictures, Stephen can be seen addressing the contestants with the crew present around him.

In For A Penny Update (2026)
Updated July 2026. In For A Penny continued for six series total before ITV reportedly shelved the Stephen Mulhern format in 2024, with 50 episodes having aired between April 2019 and June 2024. Mulhern hasn’t stepped away from ITV, though; he has kept busy hosting Dancing on Ice and Deal or No Deal into 2026. A source close to the show told press it “continues to be a much loved format,” leaving the door open to a future revival, though no new series has been scheduled as of this update.
