Brynkinalt Hall is a Grade-II* listed private property, built in 1612, near Chirk, Wrexham County Borough, Wales. The site has been the home of the Trevor family since 942 AD. The film was shot in this hall which also provided filming locations for many scenes.

Brynkinalt Hall is a private residence, the visitor cant visit there without prior planning and permission. It is not open to the general public, except for specific events.

3. Chirk, Wrexham, North Wales

Chirk is a town and community in Wrexham County Borough, Wales. The filming of the film was the main set here. Since the film takes place in a mansion and around the estate, it was convenient for them to shoot around the mansion.
