Montauk, New York

The house in the first season was filmed at 90 Napeague Harbor Road, in Amagansett on the western edge of Montauk. The filming location of the series Summer House is done in selective areas and most of the scenes are filmed in one location which is called Summer House in the television series located in Montauk.
Filming took place in private spaces in and around the area. Montauk is a beautiful Island hamlet at the end of the Hamptons a well-known vacation spot for many celebrities.
Water Mill, New York

The house in the second season was filmed at 1451 Deerfield Road in Watermill within New York in Southampton, New York rather than East Hampton where the filming of the first season took place.
The Town of East Hampton denied permission to film at the same house as the first season of the Montauk/Napeague line. The Town noted that the house could not be used for commercial purposes because that violated town codes.
Filming of season 2 took place at Water Mill located on Deerfield Road, in Southampton, New York and the place was also suitable for the group because of the spacious accommodation and house party.
Summer House Season 2 was released on January 22, 2018.
Seasons 3 and 4 were filmed in the same location, and after the 5th season in season 6, the cast and crew returned to the same location. While Summer House season 3 was released on March 4, 2019 and 4 was released on February 5, 2020.
Hamptons, New York
The filming of season 5 was unlike the other season as it took place over weekends throughout the summer and due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic they also have to follow rules and regulations.
Because of that rather than traveling back and forth between New York City and the Hamptons for this season, the cast lived together in a house and worked together in the Hamptons for six weeks and filmed there.
So season 5 of the series was filmed in a quarantine setting to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Summer House Season 5 was released on Feb 4, 2021, to May 6, 2021.
The Bravo Studios-distributed show Summer House hasn’t canceled the reality TV show, but has yet to publicly confirm that there will be a new season. It is only reported that the filming of Summer House was started in late June or late July but the eighth season has not been officially confirmed yet.

According to screenrant.com, Filming for Season 8 of the Bravo series Summer House began in summer 2023 and ran through Labor Day weekend in September 2023.
According to US Weekly, Lindsay confirmed the filming of Season 8 and said the production of the show was scheduled to resume filming in Washington, D.C., in July 2023.
